O, Jerusalem

If I forget you, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget its skill! Let my tongue stick to the roof of my mouth, if I do not remember you, if I do not set Jerusalem above my highest joy! – Psalm 137:5-6

Thus says the LORD: I have returned to Zion and will dwell in the midst of Jerusalem, and Jerusalem shall be called the faithful city, and the mountain of the LORD of hosts, the holy mountain. – Zechariah 8:3 

Jerusalem, City of David! Hear the call of the Lord of Hosts! You are the apple of His eye, a city set apart for His purposes. Return to your first love, O, Jerusalem!
