Jordan River

And it came to pass, when the priests who bore the ark of the covenant of the Lord had come from the midst of the Jordan, and the soles of the priests’ feet touched the dry land, that the waters of the Jordan returned to their place and overflowed all its banks as before. – Joshua 4:18

The Jordan River is a significant place in the Bible. Not only was it where the Israelites crossed over into the Promised Land, but it was also the place where John the Baptist baptized Jesus. 
It is also a significant symbol for us today. It is a symbol of finding freedom after facing adversity, and it is a place of departing the desert and arriving in the Promised Land.
